⏳ Return & Exchange Window

We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery only for the following reasons:

  • You received a defective or damaged product

  • You received the wrong item, size, or design

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size ordered by customer

  • Color perception differences due to screen variation


🧵 Product Condition

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it

  • Tags and original packaging must be intact

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)


📧 How to Start a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please email us at learnecommerce111@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will evaluate the request and get back to you within 2–3 business days. Do not ship the product back unless instructed to — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


🔄 Replacement Process

If your return is approved:

  • We'll initiate a replacement order at no extra cost

  • Since products are made to order, refunds are not typically issued, except in rare cases where a replacement is not possible


❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Products bought on sale or during promotional offers

  • Gift cards or discount vouchers

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items due to misuse


💳 Refunds (If Applicable)

In rare cases where a refund is approved:

  • The amount will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Bank processing time may vary
